RETURN POLICY
We hope that your shopping experience at 7 For All Mankind has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return any of the products that you have purchased from our website.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to create your return in our website. All items must be returned in their original conditions, unused, unwashed, folded and with all 7 For All Mankind accessories, tags, labels, pocket plasters, tickets and stickers attached as they have been delivered to you. We will reimburse you for the amount paid for each returned product.
This Returns Policy applies exclusively to products purchased online and within 7 For All Mankind European website. This means that items cannot be returned to (or refunds obtained at) any of our official stores. Items purchased from our stores, large retailers or partnership stores must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to the returns policy applied by the retailer that sold them.
HOW TO RETURN AN ARTICLE
Access this page within 14 days from the day you received your parcel and generate your return label, by following these simple steps.
1. Enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and then select the reason for return.
3. Choose the shipping method and print the return label (a copy will be emailed directly to you).
4. Place the prepaid return label to the shipping box and take the package to a drop-off point of the carrier assigned to do your return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
RETURNS TIMES AND COSTS
Please remember you have 14 days from receiving your order to request your return label.
Returns are free of charge if you use the label printed at the end of the online procedure. Our Customer Service will assist you if you should have any issues with the return procedure.
For each order there will be only one return label, therefore make sure you return all the items you do not wish to keep with a single parcel.
Please note that if you wish to use any other carrier to return your article(s), 7 For All Mankind will not be liable neither for the cost, nor for anything that might happen to the package (lost in transit, missing or damaged items). Our Customer Service will also not be able to assist your with the whereabouts of your parcel.
OBTAINING A REFUND
Note that only once your return is checked at our warehouse you will receive a credit note. 7 For All Mankind will refund you as quickly as possible, however it might take up to 30 days from delivery of your parcel to a drop-off point until you receive a credit note. Delays may occur during high season. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment methods.
The refund is always credited to the payment method used for the original purchase and to the original purchaser’s account. Please remember that shipping costs will not be refunded.

LATE RETURNS
Your request for return should be created within 14 days of receiving your order. Then you should immediately proceed with returning the parcel. Your parcel should be received at our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date you received it.
Returns outside the established 30 days may be accepted at the discretion of 7 For All Mankind only if the delay is due to Transport reasons.
RETURNS MONITORING
We’re proud that our flexible returns policy makes shopping online even simpler. However, we do monitor all returns carefully. Please be aware that should we notice any unusual activity, such as multiple returns or incorrect items, we reserve the right to close your account with us and take further action if needed.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you exchanges. If you would like to receive another product or a different size of the same product, you can request a return from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. For the return procedure, please refer to “How to return an article” on this page.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.
GIFT EXCHANGES
If you have received a product as a gift, you can return it by following the return procedure indicated above. Please also consider that all refunds will be credited to the same payment card or other method of payment used when placing the order.
RETURN PACKAGING
All products belonging to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. This method allows us to process your return as quickly as possible. Moreover, products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit.
